Description

  • Design and implement conversational AI systems using tools such as Whisper, VAPI, and OpenAI.
  • Craft and refine prompts to improve model performance and response quality.
  • Integrate conversational AI solutions with third-party systems, APIs, CRMs, messaging platforms, and enterprise tools.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks to validate reliability, performance, and accuracy.
  • Fine-tune AI models to improve response quality and reduce latency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers to align AI capabilities with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain conversational AI systems.
  • Create technical documentation for AI systems, integrations, and testing processes.
  • Stay current with advancements in conversational AI, NLP, and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in conversational AI, NLP, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise with Whisper, VAPI, OpenAI, or similar conversational AI frameworks.
  • Strong experience in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on experience integrating third-party systems and APIs into AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement automated testing frameworks for AI systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of NLP libraries and frameworks such as Hugging Face, spaCy, or NLTK.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time communication protocols.
  • Experience with voice-based AI systems and speech-to-text/text-to-speech technologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with chatbot frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework is preferred.
