Description

  • Own campaign execution across priority pillars from concept and asset planning through launch and iteration.
  • Build programs that serve both developers and buyers, balancing credibility, clarity, and conversion.
  • Teach CI concepts and Buildkite workflows through technical formats that engineers respect.
  • Design learning paths that reduce time-to-first-value, including onboarding guides and implementation walkthroughs.
  • Partner with Product and Support to turn recurring confusion into better documentation, defaults, and user experience.
  • Help customers migrate and modernize safely by demystifying CI and explaining what good looks like.
  • Co-create public technical artifacts with Content Engineering and Content Writing that answer real questions and withstand scrutiny.
  • Collect developer feedback, categorize recurring objections and patterns, and route signal to the right owners.
  • Close the loop on feedback so insights turn into shipped fixes and improvements.
  • Identify and nurture champions, power users, repeat contributors, and future speakers.
  • Partner with Dev Events to turn field moments into lasting relationships and community momentum.

Requirements

  • Proven DevRel experience with evidence of impact.
  • Demonstrated technical credibility from having shipped and operated real systems.
  • Strong ability to participate in CI/CD discussions with depth and confidence.
  • Excellent technical communication skills.
  • Ability to design effective experiences and recover smoothly when live execution breaks down.
  • Strong judgment about what erodes trust, with a disciplined focus on protecting credibility.
  • Ability to run repeatable loops and build reusable assets.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, Brand, and Sales while staying anchored to technical truth.
  • Ability to define success signals and report clearly and regularly.
  • Ability to document learnings so the organization compounds over time.
  • Ability to identify gaps and ship fixes.
  • Deep CI/CD or DevOps experience is preferred.
  • Open source contributions or other public technical proof are preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise evaluation and migration motions is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating on events programming is preferred.
  • Comfort building agentic tooling or workflow automation to support DevRel systems is preferred.
