Description

  • Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI, ML, and data systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of data scientists and ML engineers.
  • Own the design, deployment, and operationalization of data pipelines and model training systems.
  • Guide the development, tuning, deployment, and MLOps for machine learning models used in cybersecurity.
  • Architect and optimize secure, large-scale data pipelines for vulnerability, asset, and activity datasets.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to design AI workloads that meet security, efficiency, and scalability requirements.
  • Collaborate with security research, product, and platform teams to translate offensive security problems into data-driven automation and intelligence solutions.
  • Establish and manage MLOps practices, including CI/CD, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and observability.
  • Oversee the design of high-availability APIs and interfaces for LLM agents and internal systems.
  • Support secure integration of generative AI models with internal APIs and sensitive security datasets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong architectural understanding of LLM technologies, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, MLOps, and secure AI API integration.
  • Deep expertise with Python.
  • Experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Batch, Glue, Bedrock, Step Functions, and Redshift.
  • Experience with ML frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion through deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
  • Ability to design, manage, and govern secure data architectures for large-scale, multi-tenant, high-security environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor engineers and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of offensive security workflows such as bug bounty, vulnerability research, and red teaming (preferred).
  • Experience deploying and operating AI solutions in regulated environments such as FedRAMP or SOC2 (preferred).
  • Experience and knowledge of software security (preferred).
  • Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
