Description

  • Support product and raw material release activities by compiling, reviewing, and distributing required release documentation.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of batch records, test results, and release checklists.
  • Issue and distribute Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) to internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain organized electronic quality records, databases, and document control systems.
  • Draft, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
  • Enter and maintain quality data in systems such as LIMS, ERP, shared drives, or quality platforms.
  • Track deviations, complaints, investigations, and CAPAs, and generate basic quality reports.
  • Log, investigate, and document product complaints and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Communicate with contract manufacturers and suppliers regarding quality documentation, deviations, non-conformances, and product issues.
  • Support internal audits, third-party audits, and regulatory inspections by preparing documentation and responding to follow-up requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of quality experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, food, or regulated consumer products.
  • Hands-on experience with batch release documentation, material and finished product specifications, CoAs, test methods, laboratory reports, complaints, and investigations.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and quality documentation.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and manufacturing/packaging processes is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of FDA cGMPs, including 21 CFR Part 111 and 117.
  • Familiarity with quality systems such as document control, deviations/CAPAs, and complaint handling.
  • Comfortable using ERP, LIMS, or quality management systems, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong detail orientation, organization, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Life Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $65,000 to $95,000.
