Description

  • Partner with the Director, Canada and LATAM and cross-functional teams to execute the regional sales strategy.
  • Attend and coordinate seasonal business meetings, trade shows, and key account meetings.
  • Use retail analytics tools and Circana market insights to evaluate performance and identify sales opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze competitor and marketplace feedback to inform strategic planning and share insights with the sales team.
  • Own seasonal key initiatives and special projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop sales forecasts, product sales plans, and annual revenue goals for assigned accounts.
  • Lead seasonal sell-in presentations with key accounts to drive backlog growth and market share.
  • Prospect new retail relationships and develop national distribution opportunities in Canada.
  • Create sales and marketing programs that drive sell-through, including grassroots retail activations and product knowledge events.
  • Manage Brooks’ external sales agencies and reps, including forecasting, order flow, communication, and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of footwear and apparel sales experience.
  • Management experience is desired.
  • Strong understanding of retailer P&L, retail planning cycles, and retail math.
  • Strong influencing, organizational, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to anticipate the impact of decisions on customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% during peak season, including travel to the US for sales meetings, Brooks HQ visits, and trade shows.
