Description

Oversee a team of employees and monitor their performance.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of FX and CFD markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to drive performance and motivate team members.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Japanese speaker and able to understand English.
