Description

  • Meet annual revenue plans for footwear, apparel, and accessories in the assigned territory.
  • Identify market potential and expand the account base in future seasons.
  • Enter future booking orders and manage in-season at-once order flow using Brooks’ web-based tools.
  • Act as the territory expert by providing feedback on competitor products, programs, services, and market activity.
  • Work with territory accounts to forecast, develop, and implement annual plans for footwear and apparel needs.
  • Analyze and report sell-through and market share data to Brooks and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with Scandinavia Marketing to develop and execute annual marketing plans.
  • Support and align retailers on revenue and marketing plans for the territory.
  • Lead field support for specialty running and non-specialty accounts, including product launches, merchandising, and grassroots programs.
  • Represent Brooks at running events, fairs, expos, and other offsite meetings, including consumer engagement and product trials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  • 3+ years of footwear and apparel sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of specialty retail running experience is required.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and business English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, organization, and execution skills.
  • Knowledge of performance athletic footwear, apparel, accessories, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of human motion biomechanics and basic injury prevention.
  • 70% travel required.
  • General computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and provide analysis on sell-through to Brooks and accounts.
  • Familiarity with Brooks values and a willingness to live them in day-to-day work.
