Description

  • Develop brand concepts and strategic sales programs for France and Sales Rep territories to drive retail sell-through.
  • Manage Special Running Account Associations, Buying Group retailers, and defined 360° accounts within Sales Rep territories.
  • Lead Sales Reps in managing current orders, securing seasonal orders, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and supporting forecasting and revenue planning.
  • Manage account P&L to ensure profitability across key accounts.
  • Coach and mentor the French Sales Rep team, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and supporting professional growth.
  • Define and drive footwear, apparel, and bra strategy as well as the revenue plan for France.
  • Develop sales forecasts, product sales plans, and annual revenue goals for assigned accounts.
  • Lead strategic presentations at headquarters for Buying Groups and strategic accounts to grow market share.
  • Work with Marketing to create seasonal programs, in-store promotions, expos, online activations, and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to address product issues, improvements, new requirements, and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of footwear and apparel sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong ability to analyze POS data and understand retailer P&L.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong conceptual thinking.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that build trust and effective cross-functional working relationships.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, market insights, and field feedback synthesis is preferred.
