Description

  • Lead the development and strategic deployment of HEOR evidence, economic models, and supporting resources for US payer and health system engagement.
  • Partner with Market Access, Field Medical, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional teams through training and collaboration.
  • Gather insights from IDNs and payers on evidence requirements to help differentiate BridgeBio therapies.
  • Provide strategic input into HEOR real-world evidence, study design, and execution for US population health decision-making.
  • Lead development of AMCP dossiers, budget impact models, and other economic tools supporting commercialization.
  • Build and manage external collaborations with KOLs and Centers of Excellence to support evidence generation, publications, and credibility.
  • Conduct HEOR advisory boards and market research to identify evolving evidence gaps and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HEOR and Market Access colleagues on ICER assessments and responses.
  • Communicate complex HEOR evidence into clear value narratives for payer and executive audiences.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as health economics, health services research, medicine, pharmacy, public health, psychometrics, epidemiology, or decision sciences.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with emphasis on the pharmaceutical or medical device industry and/or managed care.
  • 6+ years of experience in health economics and outcomes research.
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, decision-making factors, and US payer policy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence across teams and functions.
  • Outstanding executive presence and ability to translate complex HEOR evidence into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Field-based role located in the Central or East region with approximately 20-30% domestic travel.
  • Experience with rare disease, payer engagement, IDN insight gathering, or ICER-related work is preferred.
