Description

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager Commercial/Retail and related integrated applications.
  • Manage user provisioning, custom security roles, workflow approvals, and system menus.
  • Lead technical onboarding, data migration, and setup for newly acquired commercial retail assets.
  • Monitor, test, and implement Yardi updates, plug-ins, and new module rollouts.
  • Support property management and accounting teams with CAM setups, tax and insurance reconciliations, and recovery configurations.
  • Set up and oversee percentage rent parameters, gross sales tracking, and variable retail leasing structures.
  • Troubleshoot system errors related to retail lease administration, tenant billings, and recurring charge schedules.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using YSR, Yardi Correspondence, SQL, or SSRS.
  • Collaborate with asset management and finance teams to improve data flow, automate manual workarounds, and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Yardi Voyager Commercial/Retail administration experience.
  • Experience with residential or multifamily Yardi only will not be considered.
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate accounting principles, commercial lease logic, and retail recovery mechanics such as CAM, recurring charges, and overage rent.
  • Proficiency with Yardi database structures, database mapping, and custom report writing using YSR, Yardi Script, or basic SQL.
  • Experience with Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting (preferred).
  • Experience implementing or managing CommercialCafe or tenant portals (preferred).
  • Prior experience at a commercial real estate investment, asset management, or development firm (preferred).
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex data issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort serving as the sole Yardi expert in the organization.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST).

Benefits

  • Salary of $3,500 USD per month.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Standard weekday schedule aligned to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST).
