Description

  • Own day-to-day project management for 1–2 major client accounts across creative, media, and production workstreams.
  • Manage multiple approval chains by tracking feedback, routing revisions, and documenting final sign-offs.
  • Coordinate with the digital ads team on ad placements, specifications, trafficking timelines, and launch readiness.
  • Oversee ad sequencing schedules and ensure the correct versions go live in the right order and at the right time.
  • Maintain organized systems for file management, naming conventions, version control, and asset delivery.
  • Help coordinate ad shoots, including scheduling, stakeholders, shot lists, and deliverables.
  • Keep post-production timelines on track and support workflow coordination through completion.
  • Run status check-ins, flag risks early, and keep teams aligned on deadlines and next steps.

Requirements

  • At least one full campaign cycle of experience; electoral, advocacy, or political advertising experience counts.
  • Demonstrated project management ability, including building timelines, managing dependencies, and driving work to completion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort managing multiple parallel projects.
  • Strong written communication and follow-through.
  • Experience working with creative teams, media teams, and/or production workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a detail-heavy, high-volume operational role supporting complex client work.

Benefits

  • Salary of $66,001–$73,000.
  • Cycle hire role running through December 31, 2026, with possible continuation based on need.
