Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management of pitches from brief receipt through final submission.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
  • Coordinate creative, strategy, production, and senior leadership teams across pitch workstreams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and escalate or resolve issues to keep work moving.
  • Manage pitch budgets, including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier negotiation.
  • Support and mentor PMs or coordinators on pitch projects.
  • Maintain and improve pitch management tools, templates, and workflows.
  • Serve as the primary project management contact for senior internal stakeholders and provide status updates.
  • Collaborate with client teams across markets and time zones on cross-market pitches.
  • Use generative AI tools and agentic thinking to improve pitch workflows and team output.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination in a creative, marketing, or content production environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in an agency, in-house studio, or new business environment.
  • Experience owning pitch processes end to end.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Fluency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience managing project-level production budgets, including cost estimation, supplier negotiation, and financial reconciliation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent pitches and shift between strategic planning and detailed execution.
  • Advanced use of Gen AI tools, including designing AI-assisted workflows for a team.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations with rigorous human oversight and quality control.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional African language skills are welcome.
  • Formal degrees are welcome but not required; equivalent experience counts.
