Description

  • Lead multi-channel creative projects using Gen AI technologies.
  • Coordinate integrated creative, strategy, traditional production, and AI production teams.
  • Develop project plans and manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery.
  • Integrate and optimize AI workflows and tools within creative projects.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, communications, updates, and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project and AI-production risks.
  • Oversee quality control for AI-generated assets and all project deliverables.
  • Track AI production metrics and provide status and executive reporting.
  • Manage cross-functional team dynamics, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
  • Drive process improvements, efficiency, and effective budget control.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of integrated project management experience, including premium or luxury brand experience.
  • Advertising background with experience managing mid-to-high-complexity projects.
  • Experience coordinating teams, vendors, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, creative production, and AI production workflows.
  • Experience with budget development, financial reporting, and resource optimization.
  • Knowledge of risk mitigation, quality control, documentation, and status reporting.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships and deliver successful, innovative project outcomes.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience with Gen AI workflows and AI production methodologies. (Preferred)
