Description

  • Lead CGI projects from concept through final delivery, including ideation, creation, implementation, and AI-assisted exploration.
  • Produce high-quality CGI assets, product imagery, and hero visuals with clear creative rationale and storytelling intent.
  • Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Create high-quality 3D animations that showcase product features, functions, and narratives.
  • Use stock assets and AI-powered creative tools to develop relevant, up-to-date content when needed.
  • Stay current on design, AI, and technology trends in the creative industry.
  • Modify or create basic 2D assets, motion graphics, and basic video edits as needed.
  • Composite work in After Effects and Photoshop, including retouching and photo manipulation.
  • Guide, develop, and oversee junior 3D/CGI artists and support their growth.
  • Coordinate with global teams and present work to clients when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent modelling, lighting, comping, and animation skills.
  • Expertise in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Octane, and Redshift.
  • Unreal Engine rendering experience.
  • Experience with advanced texturing tools such as Adobe Substance Painter is a plus.
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
  • Experience with procedural texture and material creation using Substance Designer.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools across image generation, video/motion generation, in-pipeline AI, and 3D asset generation.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into a production pipeline and know when not to use them.
  • Relevant degree, diploma, or demonstrated experience.
  • An excellent portfolio/showreel of varied CGI work, plus excellent spoken English.
  • Experience in product visualization for global Technology, Premium Electronics, Luxury, FMCG, or Premium brands is an advantage.
  • Multi-market experience is an advantage.
