Description

  • Produce accurate, on-brand finished artwork across print, digital, social, email, event, and long-form communications from brief to final delivery.
  • Apply compliance requirements, disclaimers, substantiation standards, and sign-off checkpoints in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Set and uphold quality benchmarks by reviewing all output before it reaches stakeholders.
  • Execute and interpret design direction while making considered production decisions within brand guidelines.
  • Manage the full artwork lifecycle, including setup, amends, quality checking, delivery, and archiving.
  • Prepare files to correct print, pre-press, and platform-specific digital standards.
  • Adapt and resize assets across formats, sizes, and language variants for seven markets and multiple product lines.
  • Champion brand identity standards and proactively identify inconsistencies across channels and markets.
  • Develop and maintain reusable asset libraries and scalable templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate remotely with the London-based studio team on project status, file handovers, and capacity planning.
  • Integrate AI tools into production workflows for adaptation, resizing, and variant production while maintaining brand quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of senior-level integrated artwork across static and digital formats, brand campaigns, digital content, and long-form communications produced at volume and pace.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus Figma.
  • Expert understanding of typography, graphic design, and production standards across print and digital.
  • Track record of setting and maintaining quality benchmarks in a high-volume production environment.
  • Experience adapting assets across platforms, channels, and language variants for multi-market campaigns.
  • Confident working in compliance-sensitive environments with disclaimers, substantiation requirements, and sign-off processes.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity systems and the ability to protect visual standards independently.
  • Experience leading asset libraries, reusable templates, and structured file management practices.
  • Effective remote collaboration skills, including managing multiple projects across time zones and handling handovers clearly.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for integrated production, including prompt building and critical output evaluation.
