Description

  • Receive and channel client requests for transcreation and production needs, with daily client interaction.
  • Coordinate with production and creative teams to assign work to the appropriate staff and facility.
  • Develop and deliver budget estimates in collaboration with the internal operations team.
  • Support clients and internal teams in managing project details from start to finish.
  • Review project requests and schedule work according to timelines and priorities.
  • Maintain the workflow system and keep project status records accurate and up to date.
  • Collect client feedback in a structured way and share it with the relevant teams.
  • Monitor feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technological bottlenecks in workflow and asset management systems.
  • Manage client expectations and oversee asset librarian responsibilities for client assets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a creative department.
  • Advertising agency background.
  • Client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Experience handling multiple projects at once while overseeing junior project managers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Remote work location in Colombia.
