Description

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ideate and deliver integrated digital and social assets.
Design, animate, and refine static, animated, and video content using GenAI tools.
Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using Pencil.
Take client briefs from insight and concept through copy, image/video generation, and final assembly.
Adapt and optimize creative for web, mobile, social, e-commerce, and multi-channel campaigns.
Apply brand guidelines and oversee quality, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.
Present work to internal teams and explain GenAI contributions to the creative process.
Research and experiment with emerging GenAI tools, trends, and techniques.
Complete ongoing AI training and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of finished assets across multiple projects.

Requirements

Experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio.
Portfolio demonstrating integrated motion work and traditional or AI-assisted projects.
Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3; Pencil training is provided.
Hands-on experience with GenAI ideation, prompt creation, and static and video asset generation.
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign; Figma is a plus.
Strong retouching skills and ability to identify and correct GenAI output errors.
Knowledge of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards, including mobile-first and channel adaptation practices.
Strong attention to detail, project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Adaptable, curious, and optimistic approach to evolving creative technologies and GenAI ethics.
