Description

  • Produce design concepts and final content from brief to completion against client standards.
  • Monitor output quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.
  • Contribute creative ideas and pitch new concepts to clients.
  • Repurpose and reformat assets into inspiring content across channels.
  • Lead the development of creative output in an entrepreneurial way.
  • Track industry trends and research branding and marketing developments.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout project delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Requirements

  • Experience in beauty and fashion brands is required.
  • E-commerce experience is required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an advertising agency is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation production and familiarity with Figma and Otomo.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is preferred.
  • Strong client organization, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative flair and art direction experience across platforms.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and technical detail skills.
  • Animation concept storyboarding experience is preferred.
  • Print collateral and branding experience is preferred.
  • Confident communication skills with teams and clients.
