Description

  • Produce design concepts and final assets that meet client briefs and exacting standards from start to finish.
  • Monitor output quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Contribute creative input, pitch new concepts, and help influence clients with ideas.
  • Create and adapt content by repurposing and reformatting existing assets into new formats.
  • Manage day-to-day project delivery within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients while providing excellent customer service.
  • Lead the development of creative output in an entrepreneurial manner.
  • Research industry trends, branding, and marketing developments to stay ahead of the market.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying size for a high-profile client.
  • Support high-volume adaptation work with a focus on compliance, consistency, and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience in beauty and fashion brands is required.
  • Experience with eCommerce is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation production is required.
  • Familiarity with Figma and Otomo is required.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is preferred.
  • Experience with responsive design for web, social, UI/UX, and digital trends is preferred.
  • Strong creative flair and art direction across platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and technical detail skills are preferred.
  • Experience with animation concept storyboarding, print collateral, and branding is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are required.
  • Confident communication and relationship-building with teams and clients are preferred.
