Description

Collaborate with creative directors, designers, strategists, account teams, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and prototype advertising solutions.
Bridge communication and workflow gaps between creative and technical departments.
Proactively identify inefficiencies, friction points, and team constraints, then propose practical technology-driven improvements.
Research new platforms, software, tools, and technology trends and assess their relevance to advertising objectives.
Oversee technical execution of projects to ensure quality, deadline, and budget expectations are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project lifecycles.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technologists and technical teams.
Help map current and proposed processes to improve production workflow.
Present technical concepts and solutions to clients in a clear, compelling way.
Ensure solutions are scalable, future-proof, user-centered, and accessible.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working in production on print and digital media.
5+ years of experience as a Creative Technologist or in a similar role within advertising, marketing, or digital media.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with emerging technologies and platforms such as AI, machine learning, and IoT.
A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of taking initiative.
An impressive portfolio showcasing projects that combine creativity with technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and digital experience best practices.
Exceptional communication and translation skills across creative and technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
