Description

  • Maintain the master AI initiative tracker and keep progress, priorities, and status up to date across active programmes.
  • Track execution across in-market, Enablement, and Operations workstreams and identify risks, blockers, and bottlenecks early.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery timelines and manage interdependencies between teams.
  • Prepare executive-ready updates, dashboards, and programme summaries for senior leadership.
  • Monitor action items and follow-ups across the portfolio to drive accountability and timely resolution.
  • Escalate blockers to leadership with clear context and recommended next steps.
  • Support portfolio implementation planning, including resource allocation and capacity visibility.
  • Facilitate alignment sessions and working groups to maintain delivery momentum across functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve programme governance frameworks and delivery processes.
  • Partner with AI leads, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure clear ownership and coordination.

Requirements

  • Experience in programme or project management within technology, AI, digital transformation, or data-led environments.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-workstream programmes across cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence preparing and communicating executive-level updates, progress reports, and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing programme governance, risk and issue logs, and delivery trackers.
  • A proactive approach to surfacing and resolving delivery blockers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both senior leaders and operational teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve.
  • Familiarity with AI, digital, or data transformation programmes.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Airtable, or similar.
  • Gen AI proficiency for improving efficiency, documentation quality, and programme reporting workflows.
  • Agentic thinking: ability to break complex delivery challenges into clear, manageable steps and drive outcomes systematically.
