Description

  • Identify and engage potential enterprise clients through research, networking, and targeted outreach focused on high-value social advertisers.
  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to penetrate key accounts and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders to understand their challenges and align BrandBastion’s solutions to business goals.
  • Articulate BrandBastion’s value proposition and conduct solution selling to demonstrate capabilities like AI-driven community management, sentiment analysis, and crisis management.
  • Manage a robust pipeline, track opportunities in the CRM, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, lead negotiations, and close deals with large enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless client experiences and surface feedback for product improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and client needs to identify market opportunities and inform sales and product strategy.
  • Travel to conferences and in-person pitches as needed to support business development and client relationships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling to marketers or in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas with large accounts.
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex, enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation, closing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and enterprise marketing challenges.
  • Understanding of Meta advertising ecosystems is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, competitive, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity and self-awareness.
  • Willingness to work hours aligned with selling to North America and to travel for conferences and in-person pitches when required.
