Description

  • Identify and maintain a clear list of stakeholders for each project.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and significant changes through internal channels.
  • Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead resource planning for development teams within the assigned stream.
  • Handle scope changes for the stream and support delivery alignment.
  • Provide progress reporting for the stream.
  • Lead quarterly planning activities.
  • Escalate risks and highlight them to the Delivery Manager.
  • Contribute to improving company efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing mobile projects, including applications, platforms, and related technologies.
  • Experience coordinating with diverse creative and technical teams.
  • Experience with project control and execution.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication skills tailored to the audience.
  • Experience conducting effective meetings.
  • Ability to design business processes.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
  • Decision-making ability and tolerance for change.
  • A transparent, positive, open, friendly, and helpful working style.
  • High ownership, proactivity, speed, reliability, and quality focus.
