Description

  • Respond promptly to on-call requests and provide timely support for Australian clients.
  • Answer, manage, transfer, and escalate phone calls as needed, including emergency and after-hours calls via BRIA.
  • Prepare correspondence and handle general administrative duties.
  • Track service requests, maintenance issues, and complaint resolutions.
  • Arrange and communicate with contractors as required.
  • Support front desk activities and provide customer-facing assistance when needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed to support operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of strata experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience or familiarity with strata management, property, or real estate sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible on-call hours, including Australian Public Holidays, Western Australia Holidays, and Saturday 8:30 AM to Monday 8:30 AM coverage.
  • Fluent and clear English communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to follow standard procedures independently.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Preferably based within Pampanga, with willingness to visit the onsite office for interviews and the first day.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the Pampanga office in Angeles City.
