Description

  • Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising budgets and campaigns.
  • Plan and maintain monthly organic content calendars.
  • Write post copy, create social assets such as images, GIFs, and videos, and schedule posts.
  • Create and deliver performance reports on campaigns, organic activity, and ROI.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in client-facing calls and respond to email communications in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Brafton internal teams and clients across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience or knowledge of social networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and others.
  • Preferred experience with LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Advertising, Sprout Social, content marketing, project management, client services, and presentation skills.
  • Must be set up to work effectively from a home workspace and be comfortable with fully remote work.
  • Must be able to adjust availability on occasion to cover meetings or calls with teams and clients in Australia or the UK.
  • Candidates must be located anywhere in the Caribbean.
