Description

  • Serve as the client’s internal advocate across accounts and production teams.
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
  • Track tasks and deliverables on a monthly basis for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with production teams to keep work on time and on brief.
  • Review editorial, design, and video work before client delivery and provide feedback when needed.
  • Attend recurring client check-ins on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of production processes.

Requirements

  • 100% remote, full-time contract role open to candidates in South Africa.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editorial and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools.
  • Diligent record-keeping habits and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at a computer during standard working hours.
