Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20–25 mid-to-large clients, building rapport and serving as the primary client contact.
  • Consult with clients to develop, document and maintain multi-faceted content marketing strategies grounded in research and business objectives.
  • Create and present statistical reporting and ROI analyses to demonstrate strategy success and inform optimizations.
  • Sell follow-on strategies, create statements of work, and identify opportunities to grow client accounts and revenue.
  • Coordinate and project-manage execution across content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, social) and web integration to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Own project workflows and timelines for multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring organizational clarity and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on strategy implementation, including occasional in-person meetings and client visits as required.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Account Management and/or content marketing and SEO strategy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current content marketing and SEO trends and best practices, including UX-focused content optimization.
  • Experience with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other web analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience interpreting and presenting statistical reporting to clients.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercially savvy with experience selling strategies, creating statements of work, and driving client retention and growth.
  • Experience working with content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, social media) and coordinating web integration.
  • Willingness to participate in quarterly meet-ups and occasional travel to meet clients in person.
