Description

  • Define and execute Wati’s organic growth roadmap across Google and generative/answer engine platforms such as Perplexity and ChatGPT Search.
  • Own the organic funnel from channel acquisition through activation, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
  • Set revenue targets, payback periods, and success metrics for every organic initiative.
  • Shift organic positioning toward higher-value Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Design and implement scalable, programmatic, and AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Use agentic coding tools and scripting to automate SEO tasks, internal linking, and content research.
  • Maintain technical SEO performance, including indexation, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Structure content for LLM consumption using schema, entity-driven structures, and information gain principles.
  • Build internal automation tools and site solutions using AI and no-code/low-code approaches.
  • Lead experiments quickly, iterate weekly, and scale or stop initiatives based on performance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to drive ARR or pipeline growth through SEO and content strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO and automated content workflows.
  • Experience using agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Python scripting.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and the emerging rules of GEO and AEO.
  • High comfort with numbers, cohort performance, CAC efficiency, and pipeline velocity.
  • Experience leading a team or cross-functional squads with strong accountability and weekly review loops.
  • Ability to think in revenue terms and connect organic visibility to trials and closed-won deals.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and minimal supervision.
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to protect positioning and narrative quality.
