Description

  • Build executive-level relationships with client integration teams and CTO/VP-Technical stakeholders.
  • Represent the account's technical credibility, positioning, and solution decisions to client leadership.
  • Validate and redirect solution approaches before client presentation, resolving executive-level technical escalations with Principal Architects.
  • Own delivery performance across all workstreams, including schedule, budget, staffing, quality, margin, and utilization.
  • Lead Technical Delivery Managers, Project/Program Managers, Architects, and Product Managers, setting direction and removing blockers.
  • Approve staffing changes and replan scope or timelines within account guardrails.
  • Drive responsible adoption of agentic and AI-assisted development practices across the delivery organization.
  • Conduct monthly on-site client visits to maintain relationships and identify emerging needs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with the Client Partner to shape and convert them into scoped work.
  • Mentor delivery leaders and represent the account in client growth, expansion, and renewal discussions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technology delivery experience, including senior leadership experience as a Senior Director or Director at a consultancy, systems integrator, or enterprise technology organization.
  • Proven ownership of schedule, budget, quality, and margin for large, multi-workstream client engagements.
  • Ability to build technical trust with CTO- and VP-level client stakeholders and represent decisions directly to them.
  • Experience serving as the final authority on technical direction and redirecting solution approaches when needed.
  • Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore delivery organizations at scale across time zones and reporting lines.
  • Ability to balance technical credibility with commercial and delivery outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, Program/Project Managers, and Product Managers.
  • Ability to identify account-growth opportunities and partner with client-facing teams to develop pursuits.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites.
  • Senior Director, Director, or Technical Director experience in consulting or systems integration; healthcare or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
  • Experience driving account expansion through client credibility and working in agent-orchestrated or AI-augmented delivery models preferred.
  • Knowledge of information security practices, data privacy, and data protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
