Description

  • Represent the account to client CTO and VP-Technical stakeholders and serve as the final authority on technical credibility and positioning.
  • Own delivery execution across schedule, budget, staffing, quality, utilization, and margin for all workstreams.
  • Lead the delivery organization through Technical Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and Product Managers.
  • Validate solution direction, redirect approaches when necessary, and resolve executive-level technical escalations.
  • Maintain client relationships through frequent engagement and monthly on-site visits.
  • Approve staffing changes and re-plan scope or timelines within account guardrails.
  • Champion responsible adoption of agentic and AI-assisted development practices.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and support the Client Partner in converting them into scoped work.
  • Mentor delivery leaders and provide executive-level escalation support.
  • Promote information security practices, assess risks, and ensure data protection and privacy compliance throughout the information lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technology delivery experience, including substantial senior leadership experience at a consultancy, systems integrator, or enterprise technology organization.
  • Proven ownership of schedule, budget, quality, and margin for large, multi-workstream client engagements.
  • Ability to build technical trust and represent decisions directly to CTO- and VP-Technical-level stakeholders.
  • Experience serving as the final authority on an account’s technical direction.
  • Experience managing large, distributed onshore/offshore delivery organizations across time zones and locations.
  • Ability to balance technical credibility with commercial and delivery outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, Program/Project Managers, and Product Managers.
  • Comfort operating in a business-development-adjacent role and identifying account expansion opportunities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites, including monthly on-site visits.
  • Prior Director, Senior Director, Technical Director, or equivalent consulting leadership experience; healthcare, regulated-industry, account-growth, and AI-augmented delivery experience preferred.
