Description

  • Lead analytics projects and collaborate effectively with internal team members and client stakeholders.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Create dashboards, reporting, and insightful analyses in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Report on Adobe Target experimentation and testing, and analyze user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide best-in-class documentation and enablement for clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct highly customized, hands-on training sessions.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and deliver results on time.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly in speech and writing, tailoring messages to the audience.
  • Mentor team members and share consulting expertise, diplomacy, and effective messaging.
  • Contribute to the broader community through meet-ups, conferences, blogs, open forums, or open-source initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Adobe Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target is a plus.
  • Exposure to additional Adobe Experience Platform solutions such as RT-CDP and AJO is a plus.
  • Broad knowledge of the digital analytics space.
  • Understanding of the analytics implementation process.
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome technical and business challenges.
