Description

  • Design and strategize Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementations with clients, analytics engineers, and developers.
  • Lead measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements for analytics solutions.
  • Audit existing Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations and recommend improvements to instrumentation and data capture.
  • Produce and maintain analytics documentation, including BRDs, SDRs, and TDDs.
  • Configure Adobe Analytics report suites and multichannel CJA implementations, including connections and data views.
  • Analyze data to uncover business-relevant insights and build clear dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Translate analytics findings into actionable narratives for executives and marketing leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, converting ambiguous client needs into structured analytics strategies and solutions.
  • Present findings and deliver customized, hands-on training for clients and internal teams.
  • Promote information-security practices, assess and report risks, and ensure data handling complies with privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience designing measurement strategies, analytics instrumentation, and web tracking implementations.
  • Knowledge of CJA identity resolution, connections, data views, and multichannel implementations.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certifications.
  • Exposure to other Adobe Experience Platform solutions, such as RT-CDP and AJO (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize high-impact work.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
