Description

  • Design and strategize analytics implementations for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics with clients, analytics engineers, and developers.
  • Conduct measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements to inform analytics strategy.
  • Audit existing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations.
  • Produce and maintain analytics documentation, including BRDs, SDRs, and TDDs.
  • Review instrumentation processes and recommend best practices to improve data capture.
  • Configure Adobe Analytics report suites in line with analytics requirements and web tracking needs.
  • Configure multi-channel Customer Journey Analytics implementations, including connections, data views, and related components.
  • Dig into data to uncover business-relevant insights and build dashboards and reporting that tell a clear story.
  • Translate findings into actionable narratives for executives and marketing leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, guiding analytics strategy and ensuring expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Solid grasp of analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Adobe Analytics certification and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification.
  • Understanding of identity resolution concepts and requirements.
  • Experience with other AEP solutions such as RT-CDP and AJO is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to stay involved in the analytics community through meet-ups, conferences, blogs, or open-source work.
