Description

  • Partner with Sales and Client Partners to drive data solution growth through client-facing solutioning and pursuit support.
  • Lead data solution design in client conversations, shaping technical approaches, scope, and value propositions.
  • Serve as the technical authority for data architecture and guide engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Support proposal development by defining technical approaches, delivery models, estimates, and value cases.
  • Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and data teams to define and plan pursuit and delivery solutions.
  • Translate solution designs into clear handoffs for delivery teams to ensure alignment between sold and delivered work.
  • Maintain an active billable role of approximately 50% with architectural oversight and delivery involvement.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and use data science strategies to develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI teams to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable.
  • Support pipeline progression and help close complex data opportunities through technical leadership.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in data consulting or professional services environments with client-facing solutioning and pre-sales support.
  • Demonstrated success supporting and closing data opportunities through technical leadership and architecture ownership.
  • Experience leading client-facing data transformation initiatives or consulting engagements.
  • Experience supporting clients in at least one Consumer BU vertical: Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Consumer Goods.
  • Experience supporting both B2C and B2B client programs is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background architecting data solutions using Databricks and/or Snowflake.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ability to articulate technical decisions, trade-offs, and execution considerations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to lead client conversations independently.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving consulting environments with limited structure and staying hands-on when needed.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Willingness and availability for frequent travel to client sites for meetings, workshops, and pitches.

Benefits

  • $180,000 - $240,000 annual salary range.
  • Remote work arrangement (#LI-Remote).
