Description

  • Lead the No-Show Protection (NSP) & Payments domain and own one of Booksy’s top value drivers.
  • Define and drive product strategy to transform unit economics and move features from loss-leaders to sustainable, high-margin revenue drivers.
  • Partner with an Engineering Manager to plan and deliver high-velocity product evolutions.
  • Design and launch hardware-free, QR-code-based checkout solutions to disrupt traditional POS.
  • Develop and expand a Universal Web-Based Payment Ecosystem, including omnichannel payment links (e.g., SMS-driven links) to capture 100% of a merchant's client base.
  • Use data-driven analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and increase key metrics such as Total Payment Volume (TPV).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, and commercial) to execute roadmap priorities and measure outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level Product Managers through shared case studies and collaborative growth.
  • Prioritize work in ambiguous, resource-constrained, scale-up environments and bring order to complex problems.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work and based in Spain, UK, Poland, or Portugal (role available only in these countries).
  • Extensive experience in Fintech or Payments, specifically driving product strategy for high-volume transaction environments.
  • Proven track record of transforming product unit economics and turning features into sustainable, high-margin revenue drivers.
  • Strategic leadership experience leading high-performing engineering teams through pivotal product evolutions and rapid delivery.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and driving growth in metrics like Total Payment Volume (TPV).
  • Conversational level English at minimum (company language; applications and communications in English).
  • Experience launching hardware-free or QR-code-based checkout solutions in retail or service environments (preferred).
  • Experience developing omnichannel payment reach outside native apps (e.g., SMS-driven payment links) (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring junior and mid-level Product Managers (preferred).
