Description

  • Lead discovery to understand user and business problems and identify design opportunities.
  • Synthesize research, data, and insights into clear design directions.
  • Define and communicate design vision aligned with product and business strategy.
  • Own end-to-end design for significant features and experiences from concept to delivery.
  • Create high-quality interaction, visual, and production-ready designs.
  • Prototype ideas, design experiments, and use outcomes to validate and refine solutions.
  • Work within and contribute to the design system.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners throughout implementation.
  • Advocate for users and design quality in stakeholder discussions.
  • Help evolve design practice, tools, ways of working, and team culture.

Requirements

  • Product design experience with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end work.
  • Exceptional craft skills in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and complex product contexts.
  • Experience working within design systems and contributing to their evolution.
  • Comfort using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design process and output.
  • Track record of shipping successful products in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and defining your own path forward.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build productive relationships across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset that connects design decisions to business outcomes.
