Description

  • Oversee and drive the UX revamp of the product in alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Promote a user-centered design culture across the organization.
  • Use Figma to develop wireframes and user workflows based on customer needs.
  • Conduct usability testing, friction audits, and reviews of customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering to create intuitive and usable designs.
  • Translate product specifications and user psychology into effective design solutions.
  • Develop forward-looking prototypes and mockups for new ideas and concepts.
  • Design creative solutions to complex UX problems.
  • Drive design systems and design guideline initiatives to ensure consistency across projects.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
  • Proven experience in complex B2B enterprise software.
  • Proven experience managing design projects from conception through execution.
  • Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with Figma and other complementary tools as needed.
  • Data visualization experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Education in design, visual arts, or engineering.
