Description

  • Partner with business development teams and internal stakeholders to define business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess feasibility, scope, and constraints.
  • Design, develop, and modify user interfaces and software systems using data-driven insights and modeling.
  • Plan system specifications, layouts, workflows, and related system modifications.
  • Coordinate software installation and monitor performance against design specifications.
  • Collaborate across teams to align design decisions with end-user needs and organizational goals.
  • Deliver high-quality UX, interaction design, and visual design work for internal product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in UX, interaction design, visual design, and product design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in software design and development.
  • Professional experience in UI development and data-driven UI design.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, UX case studies, and visual design expertise (preferred).
  • Experience building internal tools or enterprise SaaS interfaces (preferred).
  • Experience working in cross-functional technical environments with engineering, product, sales, and operations teams (preferred).
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority (preferred).
  • Ability to present complex design decisions clearly, including in audio-only formats (preferred).
