Description

  • Design and implement a global learning and development strategy aligned with business goals and customer success objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers and QA specialists while supporting their growth and performance.
  • Build scalable learning frameworks, including certification paths and learning academies.
  • Analyze QA trends and CSAT feedback to improve training content and deliver coaching insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations leaders to identify capability gaps and create training plans.
  • Own and report on program metrics and business impact, including CSAT and efficiency outcomes.
  • Refine training and quality assurance initiatives through continuous improvement and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise and experience in Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Enablement.
  • Experience in a SaaS or Customer Success environment is preferred.
  • Track record of building and scaling global training or QA programs.
  • People-first leadership style with experience mentoring teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and reporting to drive improvement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across regions and functions.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and QA software.
  • Adaptable mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
