Description

  • Compose thoughtful, personalized responses to customer requests.
  • Triage incoming support requests and identify trends in customer issues.
  • Provide accurate, complete information to customers with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Log, manage, and follow up on customer support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot product-related questions and ensure issues are documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks requested by the client.
  • Proactively monitor client dashboards and platforms for customers needing additional troubleshooting support.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Work with external teams to stay current on product and service knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Technical Support.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas clearly to customers.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn how networks and IT technology operate.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Amenable to work on rotating shifts.
  • Customer-oriented, adaptable, and able to respond to different types of customers.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and open to feedback.
