Description

  • Own the full creative lifecycle for multimedia and digital assets from concept through final delivery.
  • Lead the asset pipeline to ensure creative is produced on schedule for campaigns, launches, editorial calendars, and strategic initiatives.
  • Transform long-form content such as webinars, interviews, events, and internal insights into multi-format marketing assets.
  • Create short-form videos, reels, carousels, infographics, social graphics, email visuals, landing page visuals, website graphics, case study visuals, and presentation decks.
  • Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Manage complex creative timelines, dependencies, blockers, and priorities from brief to delivery.
  • Improve creative production workflows, documentation, asset organization, file structure, and naming conventions.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, Figma, and HubSpot to produce and integrate assets.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager, Campaign Manager, and cross-functional teams to align creative with strategy and execution needs.
  • Lead creative guidance for key campaigns and support onboarding or mentoring of junior creatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or marketing content creation, with agency or B2B experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in multimedia content creation, digital design, or creative production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating mastery required.
  • Experience integrating creative assets into HubSpot for landing pages, email templates, campaigns, or web experiences.
  • Proficiency with Canva Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design structure, motion, and UI/UX principles.
  • Proven ability to transform long-form content into high-impact, multi-format digital assets.
  • Experience working with marketing and social platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, TikTok, Facebook, and WordPress.
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
