Description

  • Translate global creative campaigns into offline retail formats such as large-format print, window displays, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across website, social media, app, in-store screens, and other channels.
  • Provide strategic input and art direction for integrated campaigns spanning physical and digital experiences.
  • Direct the creative vision for shop-in-shops, fixtures, 2D graphics, 3D structures, and digital components.
  • Conceptualize and direct bespoke retail activations, pop-ups, and event spaces that bring the brand narrative to life.
  • Map and optimize customer flow, dwell zones, and interaction points to balance storytelling with conversion.
  • Direct lighting, soundscaping, and material finishes to create multi-sensory retail environments.
  • Develop planograms and lead fixture planogram refreshes for retail partners based on global merchandising strategy.
  • Provide creative guidance to external agencies, 3D renderers, and print vendors to ensure outputs match design intent.
  • Review prototypes and first-off-production samples to verify color accuracy and material quality against brand standards.
  • Help build and refine the regional retail creative playbook and guidelines, and propose new CX ideas for regional needs.
  • Review local market and partner executions to safeguard brand standards and improve creative output.
  • Use AI tools to support creative strategy, predictive concept testing, asset variation, and personalized content generation.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10–12 years of experience in a hybrid creative role such as retail design plus digital or an integrated agency background.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
  • Strong portfolio showing integrated campaigns across offline and online channels.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency with 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp or Rhino and UI tools such as Figma.
  • Strong ability to use generative AI tools for rapid concepting and cross-channel asset adaptation.
  • Confidence in giving direct creative feedback and holding brand standards.
  • Understanding of how creative impacts physical and digital marketing performance, including A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to work in an APAC-friendly time zone starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.
