Description

  • Perform technical SEO audits focused on performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, errors, and redirects.
  • Analyze improvement opportunities, recommend changes, and verify implementation.
  • Monitor website traffic metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Execute and help shape a technical SEO strategy to grow sustainable organic traffic.
  • Own collaboration with development, infrastructure, and other technical partner teams.
  • Partner with SEO, content, and other stakeholders to provide technical SEO support and guidance.
  • Stay current on SEO news, trends, and updates, especially in technical SEO.
  • Work across multiple websites and international SEO properties in English and non-English languages.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in on-site and technical SEO, preferably for international SaaS sites or marketplaces.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and the ability to apply it to real-world situations.
  • Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest, or similar.
  • Experience with Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and troubleshooting SEO issues.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, spoken and written.
  • Polish proficiency at B2 level or higher, spoken and written.
  • Ability to reverse-engineer existing solutions and propose new ones.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, hard-working, personable, and eager to learn.
  • Open to new approaches, tools, and test ideas that support growth.
  • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Agency background is preferred.
  • Experience with site migrations is preferred.
  • Python, SQL, or BigQuery knowledge for analyzing larger datasets is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and ability to apply them in practice (a11y audits) is preferred.
