Description

  • Lead all phases of security systems projects, including design, bid management, installation oversight, and final testing and commissioning for new builds and MACs.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, budget, and risk management.
  • Design and review security system layouts for CCTV, access control, intrusion, intercom, and related systems.
  • Evaluate vendor bids, manage contractor selection, and oversee installation quality, compliance, and documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings with Workplace, AV, Program Delivery, IT/Network, Security Operations, general contractors, and integrators.
  • Oversee system testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure full functionality and client sign-off.
  • Track project performance, issues, cost and schedule variances, and manage changes through structured change-control processes.
  • Maintain complete project documentation, including drawings, warranties, and design packages.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise security systems deployments, new builds, large MACs, or upgrades.
  • 5+ years of experience managing vendors, including installation oversight, quality assurance, change control, commissioning, and project close-out.
  • Expert knowledge of Genetec VMS and access control, with preference for cloud-based deployment experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent deliverables with little supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage at technical and executive levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP or CISSP certification is preferred.
  • Entertainment or tech industry experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Ability to travel to West Coast and LATAM project sites დაახლოებით 20% of the time.
