Description

  • Manage day-to-day workflow for a portfolio of client accounts, including deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Keep projects on scope and on schedule, and flag delivery risks early.
  • Serve as the liaison between Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Analytics teams on shared client work.
  • Maintain accurate project status and visibility in Asana.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend fixes.
  • Partner with the Lead Project Manager to design, document, and implement improved processes and templates.
  • Standardize how projects are scoped, tracked, and handed off between departments.
  • Support client communication around timelines, deliverables, and project status.
  • Escalate issues with context and recommended next steps.
  • Help onboard new clients and team members into project workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of project management experience, with agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or accounts with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort using Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A process-first mindset with a focus on documentation and continuous improvement.
  • E-commerce or D2C industry experience is a strong differentiator.
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams such as paid media, SEO, and creative is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reporting or dashboard tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
