Description

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including kick-off, software configuration, go-live, and training while keeping timelines on track.
  • Serve as the main customer contact before go-live and manage communications through check-ins, meetings, and email.
  • Coordinate multiple implementation projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Partner with customers to understand their workflows and provide best-practice guidance.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, wholesalers, and internal Clinical, Product, and Dev teams to support technical configuration.
  • Maintain project plans, tickets, and documentation and keep leadership informed of progress.
  • Travel to customer sites to support hardware and software rollouts, meet stakeholders, and represent the company professionally.
  • Facilitate remote and onsite training for end users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of project management and/or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to change, think quickly, and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build trusting, communicative, and results-oriented customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Excel and SQL skills are a plus.
  • Experience with EMRs/ADCs such as EPIC, Cerner, Omnicell, or Pyxis is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. up to 75%.
  • Must be open to remote work in the continental United States.
