Description

  • Execute manual testing for web products across features, releases, and environments.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and detailed test cases.
  • Perform debugging, report defects, verify fixes, and track issues to closure.
  • Use testing tools to run, document, and manage test activities.
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients to clarify requirements and ensure quality.
  • Own assigned testing work, estimates, and delivery commitments.
  • Ensure adherence to QA processes and contribute improvements to testing practices.
  • Align testing goals with client objectives and support delivery-focused consultancy projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience testing web products.
  • Solid knowledge of testing tools and test management practices.
  • Proven experience developing test plans, creating test cases, and performing debugging.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript or related stacks).
  • Ability to take extreme ownership, meet estimates, and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forensic attention to detail and strong problem-identification skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and client-focused mindset.
  • Experience working remotely and/or in a consultancy setting (preferred).
  • Location: remote role for candidates in Latin America (Paramaribo, Suriname noted).
