Description

  • Develop high-quality applications for client projects in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
  • Contribute to challenging software development initiatives with direct impact on client businesses.
  • Work across the stack, with a strong focus on backend development in Go and React-based applications.
  • Build products from scratch and help shape early-stage (0-to-1) solutions.
  • Collaborate with a distributed team of engineers using modern technologies and cloud services.
  • Apply Python for data processing or LLM-related workflows where needed.
  • Participate in client-facing consulting work and deliver solutions that meet quality and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within a collaborative engineering team.

Requirements

  • Senior-level engineering experience, with openness to exceptional mid-level developers who demonstrate strong autonomy.
  • 3+ years of experience with Go (Golang) and React.
  • Experience with Python for data processing or LLM-related workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Full-stack mindset preferred, though strong backend Go specialists are also considered.
  • Experience building products from scratch (0-to-1) is highly valued.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote consulting environment.
  • Remote work availability for Latin America.
  • Nice to have: continued learning mindset and willingness to pursue training, conferences, coursework, exams, or certifications.
