Description

  • Serve as a senior advisor to customer executives on AI marketing adoption roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Own strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts across EMEA, including executive-level insights and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop tailored optimization plans that support customer retention and growth.
  • Track AI, SaaS, SEO, and marketing technology trends, especially across European markets, and share forward-looking insights with customers.
  • Identify patterns across customer engagements and codify them into Bluefish best practices, thought leadership, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with business operations in New York and engineering in Berlin to translate customer needs into product strategy.
  • Design and implement scalable internal operational playbooks that improve delivery speed and consistency.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for product and engineering teams by translating client challenges into product requirements and feature priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in senior client-facing roles such as management consulting, technical account management, or strategic agency work within SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and optimization, with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language model behavior is a major plus.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards, plus understanding of the modern marketing technology stack.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or finance-related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in French, German, or other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in SEO, including keyword strategy, organic growth, or Search Generative Experience optimization, is a nice to have.
  • Prior experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the European AI Act and GDPR considerations as they relate to marketing technology is a plus.
