Description

  • Lead full-cycle Shopify Plus site builds and redesigns from kickoff through launch.
  • Run weekly client calls, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Translate client goals into project plans, sprint priorities, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate designers, developers, QA, and email teams across time zones.
  • Maintain clear scope documentation and escalate scope drift early.
  • Track velocity, blockers, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Manage 3–5 active projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Own client communication and proactively resolve delivery risks and pushback.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of project management experience at a digital or web agency, not in-house or freelance-only.
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify Plus builds, including themes, custom development workflows, app integrations, and launch QA.
  • Direct client communication experience, including running calls and handling scope pushback professionally.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and DTC brand operations, including conversion-focused PDPs and AOV.
  • Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, and Slack in daily use.
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across US time zones.
  • Experience with CRO strategy or A/B testing frameworks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or eCommerce email automation flows is preferred.
  • Agile or Scrum background with backlog management experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to BigCommerce or headless commerce projects is preferred.
