Description

  • Develop and test code based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (planning, estimation, and reviews).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system stability.
  • Implement improvements related to security, reliability, and code quality.
  • Perform .NET framework upgrades and update third-party dependencies.
  • Apply fixes based on DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) findings.
  • Contribute to UI improvements aligned with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
  • Create and maintain unit tests and follow test automation best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members in sprint-based development processes.
  • Review software requirements, identify impacts on system design, and propose refactoring or continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Based in a LATAM country (position open exclusively to LATAM-based candidates).
  • 1–4 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with C#.
  • Knowledge of .NET framework (MVC, Web APIs, or Web Forms).
  • Experience with SQL and understanding of database design.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control platforms (e.g., Bitbucket).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices concepts.
  • Experience working in a Windows development environment.
  • Good to fluent English proficiency for direct integration with the client’s team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Preferred: experience with AWS; familiarity with front-end frameworks (React or Angular); knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/jQuery; exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) or security best practices; experience with CI/CD pipelines or automated testing.
